Why I RecommendExercise is not required for either reversing diabetes or losing weight. In fact, I couldn't walk more than a few steps without an assistive device when I began. But when I was ready to upgrade from hiking and gardening and wanted to build strength, this was the plan I chose. I call this "exercise for people who hate exercise" as it only takes about 10-15 minutes a day to get in a full body workout.
