Add some plain marinara, precooked Italian sausage, a bit of pepperoni, handful of mozzarella, bit of basil and the stuff in these jars: roasted red peppers, bruschetta and roasted garlic.<\/p>\n<p>By the time it comes to a simmer, the zuke and sausage is thawed and heated.  BOOM!<\/p>\n<p>A very flavorful dinner and I didn&#8217;t have to shred the zucchini, or slice and roast the peppers, or roast the garlic.<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s your best tip for saving time in the kitchen when you just don&#8217;t have time or are just feeling lazy?
