
This is my prep of a taco salad.
I have reheated some precooked ground beef with my homemade taco seasoning, fixed a big bowl of romaine with a handful of shredded cheddar, and mixed up dressing (jar of salsa and pint of sour cream to make about 5-6 servings dressing).
This salad filled me up and got me through until the next day. Many more salad recipes are in Amanda’s book.
