another pizza bowl

My simple “pizza bowl”: 1 pound frozen zucchini, nuked & drained. Then I added 2 TB roasted garlic, 1 1/2 cup sugar-free marinara, 1 cup whole milk mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan.

For protein, I grabbed a package of precooked Italian sausages (2 of them) and a precooked chicken thigh from my freezer stash, chopped and tossed in until heated through.

This is slightly carby, but worth it! 37 net carbs (52 total), 105 g protein, 101 g fat, 1500 calories.
