This is a tip for keto meal planning to add lots of flavor without extra work.

In short, this is just a general idea to add to salads and/or skillets to add a bit of ZING! to a meal.

What I have here is a jar of roasted garlic, a jar of tomato bruschetta and a jar of roasted red peppers.

For example: one of my favorite fast meals when I don’t have leftovers… a pack of 12 oz frozen zoodles, dumped into a pot. Add some plain marinara, precooked Italian sausage, a bit of pepperoni, handful of mozzarella, bit of basil and the stuff in these jars: roasted red peppers, bruschetta and roasted garlic.

By the time it comes to a simmer, the zuke and sausage is thawed and heated. BOOM!

A very flavorful dinner and I didn’t have to shred the zucchini, or slice and roast the peppers, or roast the garlic.
