Italian zoodles

A ridiculously simple post of a near instant OMAD meal.

I have a LOT of these in my pocket because though I enjoy cooking, sometimes life happens.

In a pot, add a pack of frozen zoodles, pack of precooked Italian sausage (from pizza area @ Wegmans), spoonful of jarred roasted garlic in olive oil, spoonful of roasted red bell peppers in brine, about 1/4 jar of marinara, handful of mozzarella, shake of Parmesan. Heat and eat!
