Another Keto Stirfry

Mine is a stirfry, a bit more complex than Amanda’s recipes, but worth the trouble because it made 4 servings.

Chicken thighs, baby bok choy, red onion, purple bell peppers, portabella mushrooms, eggs, ginger, garlic, turmeric and tamari!

I’m eating pretty well.
